1. Data Controller

DAC Labs Sagl ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data processed through the DAC Studio service ("Service"), available at studio.dachain.io.

2. Data We Collect

• Account data: e-mail address and name (via the DAC Account identity provider)
• Asset data: names, symbols, descriptions, images and attributes of the assets and items you create
• Blockchain data: wallet addresses, contract addresses, transaction hashes and token IDs
• Usage data: IP address, browser type and access times (for security)

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the Service
• To deploy and manage your smart contracts on DAC Blockchain
• To host the images and metadata of your assets and their public pages
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Blockchain Data

Data written on DAC Blockchain (contract addresses, names, symbols, transactions and token URIs) is public and immutable by design: it cannot be changed or deleted. Do not put personal data in names, symbols or the metadata of minted items.

5. Public Pages and Metadata

The metadata and images of minted items are publicly reachable by anyone who knows their URL, as required by the NFT standards. The public page of an asset can be switched off at any time.

6. Data Storage

Your data is stored on servers in the European Union (Azure). Images are stored in Azure Blob Storage with encryption at rest. We keep your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
